This recipe is easy to make and ridiculously tasty. Frozen pops made with fresh fruit are fat-free, low in calories and loaded with vitamins and minerals. This tropical paradise is juicy, fruity and refreshing. As for the recipe’s blueberries- they have anti-oxidants galore!

Speaking of anti-oxidants, according to Dr. Richard Cutler, Anti-Aging Research Department at the National Institute of health, “The amount of antioxidants you maintain in your body is directly proportional to how long you will live.” My suggestion to my clients, as their health and wellness coach is to eat eight to feel great. You should be eating at least 8 fruits and vegetables a day to reduce your chances of cancer, diabetes, inflammation, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Fruits and vegetables contain antioxidants that protect the body from free radicals, diseases and some forms of cancer. Fruit boosts the body’s immune system and rejuvenates and heals cells, tissues and organs.

In order to sneak in extra vitamins, minerals and antioxidants with my family when I make my famous Tropical Berry Frozen Pops, I add in four capsules of JuicePlus fruit and vegetable supplements. Listed below are the ingredients and their healing attributes to your body.
